- Cancellations and refunds for purchased goods within the online pre-sale period are only available during the pre-sale period. (You will not be able to cancel or refund after the online pre-sale period to prepare for on-site sales.)

- If you pay with no bankbook deposit(order by virtual account) method, you can only deposit the account number issued separately within the site. Deposit only the exact amount during the depositable due date , it can be check the order/payment. So, please be sure to check the due date and exact amount of the virtual account number after ordering.
